How To Awaken in Arise Crossover
First, the set-up. To begin the Awakening process, you must enter a Levelling City Double Dungeon. Using Runes on Double Dungeons from other islands won’t work. A Double Dungeon has the chance to immediately spawn after a regular dungeon, which appears every 30 minutes on a random island.
After defeating the Sung Jinwoo boss (Monarch), a final door will open, revealing the Statue of God. This boss stands between you and your Awakening. He has two phases. During the first one, he remains seated and fires lasers. If you get caught by one, the dungeon timer reduces by one minute. The second phase is easier since he has no notable attacks, and the boss only stands up.
Hint: According to the DEVS, the Statue of God’s health scales off the player stats, so I recommend wiping them before taking on the dungeon to significantly reduce its health, making the fight easier.
Awakening Rewards
Unlike other challenges within Arise Crossver, you only need to awaken once, and all boosts are permanent. For completing the Awakening, you’ll receive a cosmetic aura, which consumes your body when you swing your weapon, a 15% Shadow DMG buff, and a Shadow Level cap increase by 25.
Awakening not only pushes the prestige, making Shadows meta again, but it also hugely buffs them. Shadows now have the chance to become even stronger, with 25 levels worth of base damage more than the average, as well as a 15% attack enhancer for each of those levels.
