How To Unlock The Anime Crusaders Secret Tengin
Tengin is a secret unit that hails only from the God of Echoes Portal. This Portal has a chance to drop after completing the standard Demon Portals, also included in this update.
The God of Echoes Portal takes place in the Demon District Festival of Carnage map. You have three lives to attempt its 15 waves and survive, defeating its final boss, the Sickle Demon, who has 4.42 Million HP.
For this reason, I recommend enlisting the help of others. Teaming up doesn’t reduce your chances of obtaining Tengin at the end of the Portal, so there’s no harm in asking friends to join in. Alternatively, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of unlocking the Portal yourself, you can maybe find other players who want your help via Discord.
On completion, you have a slim chance of obtaining Tengin for yourself. In rare cases, you may also be rewarded with another God of Echoes Portal.
Tengin (God of Echoes) Evolution
Tengin requires the following to evolve:
- x75 Eternal Vows
- Drops from Demon Portals.
- x10 Yellow Demon Crystals
- Obtainable from Stage 1 of Nightmare Train Legend Stage.
- x10 Red Demon Crystals
- Obtainable from Stage 2 of Nightmare Train Legend Stage.
- x10 Purple Demon Crystals
- Obtainable from Stage 3 of Nightmare Train Legend Stage.
- x2 Divine Stones
- x6 Fire Stones
- x7 Earth Stones
- x4 Water Stones
- x5 Fear Stones
- x20 Air Stones
- 5,000 Takedowns.
Evolution Passives
When evolved, Tengin (God of Echoes) gains +10% DMG and constant resounding slashes, alongside two new passives.
- Flashy Duelist (Pre-evo Passive)
- Whenever an enemy dies within Tengin’s range, he gains +10% Critical Chance until he lands a Critical Hit. If he attacks without landing a Crit, he gains +20% Crit Chance per hit until he Crits.
- Explosive Precision (Evolution Passive)
- When landing a Critical Hit, Tengin throws 2 Explosive Marbles.
- The Flashy God (Evolution Passive)
- Each hit has a 33% chance to throw an Explosive Marble at a random enemy in range. When this triggers, Tengin’s cooldown reduces by 2% (up to -20%). If this effect fails to trigger for 3 consecutive attacks, he instead throws 4 Explosive Marbles at a random enemy in range.
