I’ve covered tons of Weak Legacy 2 content here on Kong, but neglected to help out the newcomers. To rectify this, I’ve created an efficient Weak Legacy 2 Beginners Guide, detailing all my tips and tricks to get a head start.

Start playing Weak Legacy 2 via Roblox.

Weak Legacy 2 Beginners Guide

Before You Play

The first thing I recommend you do at the beginning of your campaign is redeem the active Weak Legacy 2 Codes, and then perform Spins. You’ll have some free spins when you begin, but the chances of pulling a high-tier Clan are slim.

Aim for a Clan you’d like to synergise with a Breathing Technique or Blood Demon Art, or simply one that offers high stats (Legendary or higher). This makes combat easier throughout the entire game and begins shaping your custom build.

Humble Beginnings

When you start, you’ll be in Main Village, a safe zone littered with NPCs and your introductory quest guides. By the main gate, you’ll see the Quest Dummy 1 NPC. Accept his quest and go fight the demons just outside of the village. Repeat this quest several times to level up and understand the combat.

When you have 100 Yen, speak with the Sabito NPC to buy your first Katana. Katanas make combat more fluid, and come with their own mastery to help you out during fights.

Level 1-100

At a certain point, the early-game mobs will seem too easy to kill. By now, you should have collected your next recommended quests. You’ll know which NPCs to speak with thanks to a waypoint labelled Quest visible on your map.

At level 100, I then recommend you take on your first boss, Tanjiro. He’s the weakest of all bosses and resides to the left of Main Village, standing on a small hill within Little Village. (Up a small hilly incline in front of the cherry blossoms). If you’re struggling, you can get friends to help you fight, as until you reach level 300+, PvP is automatically disabled outside of safezones.

Choosing Your Race

Now, you should decide whether you want to learn a Breathing Technique or a Blood Demon Art. This will shape the rest of your game. If you want to become a Demon, you’ll need to head into the snowy area and locate Douma and pay him 1k Yen to change your race. If you already have a Breathing Technique, this will remove it from your save.

Breathing VS BDA

There’s a lot to cover here, with each technique offering unique movesets and abilities, and each having a different obtainment. I simply recommend checking out my All Breathing Locations Guide or All BDA Locations Guide if you want to browse your options.

The current META for both variants is Sun V2 for Breathing, and Moon or Thunder V2 for BDA.

Using all of this, you should quickly and efficiently unlock the technique you want and exit the early-game. Have fun!
