Reject humanity and step into the night with my How To Become a Demon in Slayerbound guide. Here, I tell you where to go, the requirements, and the perks of leaving behind the path of good to become a human-snacking predator.
This guide also explores the various BDAs in the game and answers some questions you may have about Demonkind and their styles in a compact FAQ section.
How To Become a Demon in Slayerbound
To become a Demon, you need to head to the Demon Cave and take an immediate right to enter a small dingy room. On your left, you’ll find the ??? Dealer, a Demon NPC who offers you Demon Blood for 1k cash.
Finding The Demon Cave
From Spawn, head in a straight line until you leave the snowy forest. The Demon Cave is basically in a straight line from Spawn, and on the way, you’ll pass a wheat farm. From here, head slightly right but keep straight until you find the cave entrance.
As soon as you enter the cave, take a right, and you’ll find the ??? Dealer NPC.
Demon Buffs
Whilst humans have no additional buffs, Demon players gain a +10% Regeneration Buff, meaning they recover from damage more quickly.
Eating corpses also helps regain hunger, as well as helping to rank up.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Which is the best BDA to use?
- A: The best Blood Demon Art in Slayerbound is Shockwave, thanks to its versatile moves, handling PvP and PvE with relative ease. It also offers high damage skills with moderate cooldowns, making it great for combos.
- Q: Are Humans or Demons stronger in Slayerbound?
- A: This all depends on which BDA or Breathing Style you choose to adopt in the game. I’d personally say there are stronger Breathing Styles than BDAs, unless you learn the Shockwave Demon Art technique.
- Q: Can I turn back into a Human after I become a Demon?
- A: For now, it’s only possible to reset your race with Codes. DEVs plan to implement easier ways to earn resets in the future, likely through questlines, raids, and/or Robux.
- Q: How can I easily earn 1k Yen?
- A: The quickest way is by completing quests. When exploring the world and the many villages, you’ll encounter NPCs offering a variety of tasks, from simple farming, deliveries, or kill quests.
