Demon Born Tier List
This Tier is up to date as of June 22nd, 2026.
- Key:
- GREEN: Demon Slayer
- RED: Blood Demon Art
S-TIER
- Thunder: BREATHING
- A great blend of combo and raw damage. The Thunder style is one of the best in the game for Slayer players.
- Insect (Poison): BREATHING
- The best breathing style for raw damage leaves behind a toxin that deals additional DoT to Demon players and NPCs.
- String: BDA
- String is an excellent BDA for combos and raw damage. This BDA blends skilful ensnarement with powerful executions.
A-TIER
- Water: BREATHING
- Great for combo attacks and stringing together skills to deal immense damage. Not as efficient as Thunder, which does what this Style can do, but with more efficiency and damage.
- Swamp: BDA
- Swamp is a good alternative to String, being another combo and damage-focused BDA. It isn’t as easy to wield and isn’t as efficient against the best Breathing Styles.
- Ice: BDA
- Skilled with raw damage and freezing enemies, making them easier to target and execute follow-up attacks.
B-TIER
- Temari (Ball): BDA
- Fun to wield, even if not the strongest BDA available. Has some decent skills, but is overall pretty average.
C-TIER
- Drum: BDA
- A situational BDA that rarely has its time to shine. I overall don’t recommend Drum as it’s fairly simple and easy to counter.
D-TIER
- Arrow: BDA
- Arrow is fairly niche and doesn’t express any versatility in combat, making the skills rather limited, weak, and easy to overcome.
What Each Tier Means
S: The STRONGEST Styles in Demon Born! Those in this Tier are representative of the peak of combat, with versatile and powerful skills, capable of executing devastating combos and taking down even the strongest enemies.
A: Secondary to the top, those in this tier are solid alternatives, with great combat prowess and strong skills.
B: These middle-tier Styles are pretty average, with some nifty combat enhancements that make them worth mastering if you like how they play. They’re not the strongest, but they’re definitely not the weakest either.
C: Niche and situational, these Styles aren’t all that popular. They’re quite weak and hardly hold their own in combat. You’d struggle even against the Boars.
D: Weaker Styles that offer no real gameplay benefit or enhancement. Those in this Tier are not all too different from the basic fist, with lacklustre combat potential and no skilful advantages.

- Demons currently have more options with their styles, giving them more versatility and range, but as the game is in early beta, this will balance and change over time. However, their increased variety makes Demons the better route to explore for new players.
