Down in Tokyo, there’s something ghoulish going on… Talks of the Anime Last Stand One Eyed Devil have raised attention, and so I’ve created this guide to tell you all about them, from obtainment to overview, passives, and more!

Anime Last Stand One Eyed Devil Overview
Based on Eto from Tokyo Ghoul, the One Eyed Devil is one of the most recent units in the roster. And, much like her anime counterpart, she’s incredibly powerful and a formidable opponent and ally.
I recommend choosing her as your select unit from the Selection Banner 4. Being Celestial, this means you’ll get her as a guaranteed pity after 75 unsuccessful pulls. (Unless you get a different Celestial before then, which unfortunately resets the counter).
Once you have her, though, her Traits and other attributes are for you to decide. When in-game, she only costs 750 to place, making her relatively cheap as well, considering her overpowered Passives and Ability.
One Eyed Devil Passives
Uka Kukaja
Whenever ‘Detachment’ active buffs are not applied:
- +35% Range.
- Deal 10% damage to any enemy within range every second.
- Attack inflicts Bleed.
Uka Kugane
Every 5 Crit hits, switch forms:
- Eye: +30% Range, +10% Crit Chance, apply ‘Exposed’ on attack.
- Mouth: Apply ‘Fear’ and ‘Despair’ on attack.
- Arm: +35% DMG, -10% SPA, apply ‘Crippled’ on attack.
- Leg: +20% DMG, -10% SPA, apply ‘Weakened’ on attack.
- After every full cycle, deal 15x DMG in range and apply ‘Daze’.
One Eyed Devil Ability
Detachment [UPGRADE 3] (50 Second Cooldown) Upon activation:
- Select one mode from Uka Kugane to stay for 25 seconds.
- Depending on the selected mode, apply the following buffs:
- Eye: -20% SPA, Full AoE.
- Mouth: Apply permanent ‘Fear’ and ‘Despair’ to all enemies in range.
- Arm: +10% DMG, Full AoE.
- Leg: +20% DMG, -10% SPA, Shred.
This ability comes with some rules, including:
- Unable to select the same Mode twice consecutively.
- Must cycle through all 4 Modes before reusing one.
- Buffs are additives to the previous Mode buffs.
