Anime Shadows 2 Cid Guide – How To Obtain
Cid hails from the new Summer Event, which you visit by teleporting to the Lobby and entering the Summer Event Portal. From here, find the Summer Tower and join the lobby.
Cid is a ??? (0.1%) Rarity drops from the Summer Tower. Each wave you complete rolls for random rewards, so you don’t need to reach a certain wave before qualifying to obtain him.
How To Beat The Summer Tower
The Summer Tower takes a minute to begin and challenges players to endless waves of increasingly difficult enemies. I recommend joining the Game Group, liking the game, and adding it to your favourites to enable auto-attack and auto-click, as this makes the grind easier.
If you have a late-game team (the current meta), you should easily make it through the first 30 waves (on average) before your units face tanks that take longer to defeat. At this point, I recommend leaving the Summer Tower and starting again. This helps you complete more waves more quickly, giving you a higher chance to pull Cid.
Cidney (Summer) Stats
If you’re lucky enough to obtain Cid, you’ll only need the one, as he is an Ancient Rarity unit, meaning only one of his units can be equipped at a time.
It’s tricky to pinpoint his maximum DMG at level 50 since traits, relics, and more easily influence overall stats. However, some things stay the same, such as Cidney’s passive, which applies a 1.7x DMG Boost to all of his attacks.
