Another Piece Races Guide
Another Piece is currently in its Public Testing phase, meaning there’s a ton of gameplay missing that will appear when it fully releases in the future. This means some information may be missing from this guide. I recommend bookmarking and checking back in the future for updates!
For the time being, there are only three races to obtain, which include:
Human Race
The default race with no special cosmetic or stats, however, they’re not so unequipped. When below a certain health threshold, Humans enter a ‘Berserker’ mode, which encases them in a red aura and heavily buffs their base strength and power.
Berserker mode has a 100-second cooldown and will wear off if the player gains enough health back. When in effect, Berserker is a human’s last-ditch effort to survive by killing opponents before they fall themselves. They’re vulnerable when in Berserker mode, but much stronger…
Humans have a 90% reroll chance.
Fishman Race
Fishmen have a 7.5% roll chance and gain a cosmetic fin on their back, similar to a shark’s.
When Fishmen plunge into the ocean, they gain a health regeneration buff and a movement speed boost. This comes in handy, especially when fighting Devil Fruit players, who can’t swim.
Pressing ‘T’ will trigger a Fishman’s ‘Tide Embrace’ move, which gives the player more health and an even quicker regeneration boost.
Mink Race
Currently, the rarest, the Mink race, has a slim 2.5% roll chance. Those in this race have little bunny ears on their heads.
Pressing ‘T’ triggers the Minks ‘Lightning Cloak’ move, which encases them in electricity, whilst heavily boosting their speed and damage.
