My wish has come true, as there is finally a Hunter x Hunter-themed island. The Arise Crosover Nen City is filled with mobs who resemble the well-known characters, alongside powerful weapons. This guide explains how to get there and everything available.

Arise Crossover Nen City
Nen City is located in World 2. You can visit the guide linked above, which goes into more information on how to get there. But, in short, you need to reach SS Rank, which you can do through the Rank Test NPC in the Guild Building, located in Leveling City.
Once in World 2, you can get to Nen City. Follow the black logo on your screen that has a fishing rod to take you there.
