Who is the Best Unit from Anime Vanguards Update 9?
We’ve given you our top three choices, as there are so many to choose from!
God
In first place is Dio, known in-game as God. Without any evolution, he has an ability that allows you to select a specific status effect. You can evolve him, and in this evolved form, when selecting a status-specific effect, he transforms into an even stronger version. We have a detailed Anime Vanguards Dio guide for more information.
Hellkiller
In second place is Hellkiller. You can evolve this unit into Hellkiller (Slayer) to make them even stronger. However, unevolved, it has an ability called The Only Thing They Fear. On attack, they do the following:
- Swap Guns.
- Gains +50% damage for 10 seconds when swapping guns.
- Cusimes 1 Ammo stack when the Ammo reaches 0.
- Can’t attack for 4 seconds.
Evolved, they keep this ability but also gain Glory Kill. With this, when an enemy in range drops below 50% HP for the first time, they will attack that enemy for 200% of the unit’s damage. If you’re looking for a meta unit to heal damage, HellKiller is the one for you.
Hollowseph
Last but not least, and in third place comes Hollowseph. The reason this unit is lower is that it’s their evolved version that truly makes them shine. However, with the Best Builds for Anime Vanguards Hollow Night, you can make a versatile and powerful unit in no time.
Hollowseph and Hollowseph (Pure) both share an ability (with the evolved version having an extra one). With this, on attack, it generates 3 Soul attacks. If there are no enemies in range and no spell is cast for 10 seconds, the vessel empowers its next attack by 100%, which is huge!
