Bandai Namco and Tamsoft are rolling out Ichibe Hyosube as a new playable DLC character in Bleach: Rebirth of Souls. The team also dropped a new trailer that gives a closer look at Ichibe’s abilities and his role in the battle.
When is Ichibe Hyosube making his entry in Bleach: Rebirth of Souls?
If you own the Season Pass, you’ll be able to try him out starting October 21st. Meanwhile, everyone else will gain access one week later, on October 28th.
Ichibe Hyosube is one of the most formidable figures in the Bleach universe, introduced in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. He leads the Soul King’s Royal Guard, known as Squad Zero, and is revered as the Monk Who Calls the Real Name.
His personality oscillates between cheerful and intimidating. Often seen laughing loudly or teasing others, he’s also capable of ruthless decisiveness when duty demands it.
His appearance is as memorable as his presence. A bald head, red eyes, a long black beard, and a set of red prayer beads around his neck. The enormous brush-shaped weapon he wields, Ichimonji, serves both as a weapon and a symbol of his authority.
