Gachiakuta anime cour 2 has dropped a new trailer revealing the opening song and more scenes from the season. Following the explosive first cour that wrapped up with episode 13 last weekend, the anime is jumping straight into its second cour without any break.

Studio Bones’ adaptation of Kei Urana’s gritty manga, co-created with graffiti artist Hideyoshi Andou, will continue airing this fall season. Cour 2 is officially kicking off on October 12th, 2025.

The new trailer gives us a glimpse of what’s in store. It looks like an even more intense ride ahead. The video only teases the upcoming showdown between The Cleaners and The Raiders and also reveals the new opening song.

It’s “Let’s Just Crash,” performed by Mori Calliope. The high-energy track perfectly fits the momentum of the story. On that note, watch the Gachiakuta anime cour 2 trailer right here!

What’s happening in the upcoming cour?

The next stretch of episodes will adapt the Trash Storm arc, one of the manga’s most popular storylines. The first cour covered events up to The Lady of the Penta arc, ending around chapter 43.

So, the next phase is expected to pick up right after those events. It will possibly lead into teases for the Heritage Mural and Information Broker arcs by the end of the season.

Alongside the main cast, four new characters are joining the story. Guita will be voiced by Maria Naganawa, known for her role as Platelet in Cells at Work!. Mutsumi Tamura, who played Alice in The Ancient Magus’ Bride, will voice Noerde.

Hiro Shimono, the voice behind Conny Springer in Attack on Titan, will be the voice of Fu. Lastly, Bundus will be voiced by Akio Otsuka, who you’ll recognise as All for One from My Hero Academia.
