CommSeed has announced the launch of their latest mobile game, Granvilier (遥かなる異郷グランヴィリア). Players can now download the game from Japan’s App or Play Store.
Granvilier is a side-scroller Monster Breeding played a little similar to the recently released King’s Raid. Player’s take on the role of a Summoner who incidentally found a special book that could Summon ancient heroes.
The combat and controls are similar to what you see in most Korean type games where most of the fighting is automated, while Players get to decide when to summon each character’s skill by tapping on their portrait. There’s also a mini QTE system where you can increase the power of your character’s skill by tapping the reactive circle when it’s within the “Perfect” range.
Each character has it’s own specific role in the game. Players will need to arrange them either in the front, middle or back lines according to the job roles.
