This Haikyuu Fly High Recruit Guide tells you how this feature works, and how to utilise it to guarantee your desired SSR player!

Check out Haikyuu Fly High via its official website. Or, find out who I recommend prioritising from the banners in my Haikyuu Fly High Tier List.

Haikyuu Fly High Recruit Guide

Recruiting allows you to wishlist specific players, increasing your chances of securing them when pulling from the banners. This works in the following way:

  • Each pull fills a Guarantee Counter; changing your wished character will not impact the counter’s progress.
  • Pulling an SSR character resets the Guarantee Counter, even if the SSR was not your wish.
  • If you max the Guarantee Counter, your next pull will give you the character you wish for.
  • If you reset the counter by recruiting a different SSR, your next SSR recruited player is guaranteed to be your wished player.

So, figuring out who you want to prioritise during summons is key to building your team and recruiting specific characters, be it for bias or their playstyle.

Who To Recruit

I recommend Nishinoya as your selected SSR for several reasons. He has great versatility in the early game, making him a valuable team asset, with winning skills and skill resonance.

  • Guardian Deity (Passive)
    • If Noya’s cover play is not bad, the first Strong Spike skill used by a teammate will have 15% increased power.
  • Best Libero (Active)
    • Perform a cover play with 120% of his standard stats.
  • Encouragement for Teammates (Passive)
    • Team morale boosts whenever Noya is in play on the court.
  • Rolling Thunder (Active)
    • Perform a powerful receive with 120% of his stats.
    • Consumes an additional 20 Stamina.
    • If the receive is not bad, the follow Strong Attack cooldown is reduced.
  • Level 6 Skill Resonance
    • Rolling Thunder’s stamina absorption decreases from 20 to 10.
    • His Receive Power increases by an additional 10%
  • Level 10 Skill Resonance
    • The first Receive and Cover in each set gains a 30% power boost to each stat.
    • These plays are guaranteed to be normal or better.

However, you’re free to choose whoever you prefer at this stage, since games are only fun if you’re in control.
