How To Get Sho’s Katana in Fire Force Reignition
In short, you must find and defeat the Sho Boss who resides in a grey-brick tile room near the White Cloud Base. This boss has a small chance to drop the Katana, so you may need to repeat the battle a few times.
To reach the Sho Boss, first head to the White Cloud Base, found when passing through the Desert. Use the base to head into the Sewers and travel until you find a narrow pathway leading to an iron door. Beyond the door stand two NPCS and a green floor. Ignore both NPCS and take the pathway leading to the right, where you’ll see a faint purple glow.
Between two White Cloud emblems, you’ll see ladders on the wall. Travel up these and you’ll find the grey-brick Room. The Sho boss stands on the other side, in front of an Augment Altar.
The Sho Boss has 2,000 Health and may drop his Katana, Gloves, or a Chest on defeat.

- Hitting enemies without receiving attacks will build up the amount of damage you’ll unleash on your next physical attack.
