How To Level Up Fast in Anime Saga
The quickest way to level up in Anime Saga is by completing the Red Light District Act 5 on Nightmare mode. Act 5 is the hardest of this map, so it naturally generates more EXP than the previous 4.
As for Nightmare Mode, this is the hardest difficulty within story mode, so it provides the most rewards for completion.
Each clear of Red Light District Act 5 Nightmare Mode typically rewards 1 Level worth of EXP.
Why Not West City?
The map after Red Light District, West City, seems like an obvious and progressive choice to gain even more EXP. However, West City would on average take longer since it’s primarily made up of air enemies.
This means the enemies fly, and are therefore immune to M1 attacks, and most unit skills, unless they have long-range or AOE attacks.
So, unless you want a real challenge, I suggest sticking to Red Light District and farming levels there. Once you’re familiar with the map and combat, you should be able to complete a run in around 5~ minutes.
Level Milestones – Unlocking Mythics
At every 5th level, you can claim free rewards from the Katakuri (Mochi) NPC who faces the Summons stall. His reward scheme typically includes Gems, Gold, Spells, Super Spells, and Trait Rerolls.
But also, reaching level 10 is a milestone in itself, as this then unlocks Mythics as rollable units within the Summons Banners.
