To unlock your full potential and prestige to full res, you’ll need to get your hands on the Type Soul Unrivaled Book. This guide details how to obtain it and its full uses to help simplify a complex process for you.

Type Soul Unrivaled Book Location
The Unrivaled Book is nestled into the Library within Hueco Mundo. When used, it displays a player’s current stage 2 progression to unlocking their full resurrection. Nifty, as keeping track of the long questlines, grip amounts, kills, etc, can get overwhelming.
This also means the Unrivaled Book isn’t necessary during stage 1, so make sure you surpass that first before seeking it. You only need it to check progression during stage 2.
Stage 2 Rundown
To realise stage 2, a player must perform between 10 to 15 Elite Grips, and kill 50 to 80 Hollow NPCs before taking on either the Jidanbo or Bawabawa boss. During all of this, they cannot die once, or else the process restarts from the beginning.
This is what gives the Unrivaled Book purpose, as you need to focus on not dying while completing daunting and long tasks. Knowing when you’re done with one segment helps keep your progress linear and focused, with less chance of failure.
Unlocking Your Full Res – Third Stage
After completing stage 2, we move on to stage 3. Fortunately, here, you won’t need the Unrivaled Book anymore as the process is far more straightforward.
For stage 3, enter Menos Forest and seek out the sword. Meditate beside it, and it will transcend you into the White Hollow Labyrinth. In here, you must locate your inner Hollow without letting the Shadow Adjucha attack you. One strike, and the Adjucha will instantly defeat you. Finding the inner Hollow completes stage 3, unlocking your Full Res.
