Wagarashi Elements Tier List
Let’s get into the rankings!
S-TIER
- Lightning
- The Lightning skill tree displays various movesets covering close and long-range combat. Most skills from this lineage are destructive, high-damage attacks, which shock enemies on impact.
- Taijutsu
- Taijutsu is a jack of all trades, master of none type skill tree. Each move seemingly represents a different elemental tree, making Taijutsu players unique since they can easily overwhelm opponents through unpredictability.
A-TIER
- Earth
- Strong, reliable, and durable, the Earth branch has heavy impact moves, which help the player keep a distance while squishing opponents.
- Wind
- Wind users focus on evasion and can easily swap between getting the drop on enemies and escaping their attacks. This elemental branch also has powerful moves in its roster.
B-TIER
- Fire
- Fire is destructive and has a range of moves to unlock and utilise in combat. However, a lot of its moves are relatively similar, making it not as diverse as other elements and a little more predictable in combat.
- Water
- Water has a lot of attack variety, between close and long-range, and radius effects such as the flood move. However, it simply falls short versus some of its elemental kin.
- Kenjutsu
- Most Kenjutsu moves require a weapon, meaning this elemental branch is only as good as the player’s overall build. With a high-ranking, powerful weapon, this element easily surpasses B-Tier into the high A-Tier/low S-Tier.
C-TIER
- Medical
- Medical players aren’t bad choices despite the low tier, but investing all skill points into this branch would be mostly wasteful. This branch is more of a supporter, providing self-healing and allies’ healing. That said, it does have some attacking moves, which means Medical players can still hold their own if pushed.
D-TIER
- Nothing to see here.
What Each Tier Means
S – The peak of Wagarashi! From the get-go, these Elements are a force to be reckoned with, displaying incredible power and battle prowess.
A – These Elements are still worth investing in as they show great combat diversity, and pay off in the long run.
B – Nestled into the average tier, these Elements are decent, but have their flaws.
C – These Elements are quite niche, and only seem worthwhile in capable hands. They’re not the first choice for most players.
D – These Elements are lacklustre through and through, and aren’t worth Stat Point investments.
