Wagarashi has a fresh and raw take on gaming by dropping new players in a desolate town with no tutorial, making it difficult to understand the natural progression. In this Wagarashi Ranks Guide, I tell you how to rank up and what you gain for reaching the cap.

Start playing Wagarashi on Roblox. If you’re a fan of Naruto-inspired games, try our Ninja Time Raids guide, detailing the boss spawn times and drops. Or, try our Ninja Time Clans Tier List to determine which lineage you should become loyal to.

To view your current progression, press the backpack icon in the top left. This opens a profile menu, with your player details on the right, including your Rank. All rank-one players begin as a Genin.

Your Rank corresponds to your level, and as you progress, you’ll need to meet certain requirements to continue levelling up. From levels 1 to 17, you’ll only require experience, gained from completing missions, quests, and defeating enemies.

To join Missions, create a Squad and queue up. Starting from rank 18, you require 7 Grips to rank up, plus one per each increasing level.

Maximum Rank

Each time you reach a higher Rank, you gain more stat potential, which means more HP and Chakra allowance, higher-requirement Jujutsu prowess, and becoming eligible for certain progressions that are otherwise locked behind prestige.
