How To Get Star Remnants
Star Remnants are a common drop from questlines and awards, as well as a frequent “Code” reward.
Awards passively unlock as you play, with several stages per category garnering more rewards over time.
You can also buy Star Remnants from the Gauntlet Shop, using its unique currency earned by playing the gamemode via Future City.
What Do Star Remnants Do?
In short, Star Remnants are another currency used for Trait Rerolls. Despite this, the game also has a seperate item labelled Trait Reroll, but they’re essentially the same, with identical purpose.
To reroll Traits on your units, visit the Bolmy NPC located at Future Island, in the central area near the Capsule Corps building. She will enhance your units via RNG, applying Traits to them.
Sometimes, when you summon a Unit, they’ll already have a Trait applied. Though, this is rare, and they’re often pretty meh upgrades.

- Rarer is usually rule of thumb for value, which is mostly true for the Traits index. I recommend the Supreme and Second Wind for their damage properties coming in handy with later islands, but if you want to create a Luck build, I recommend Blessed.
