Cosmetic changes: Acquire a long, bony tail.

Cosmetic changes: Attain large wings. Flight not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are Hollow Traits
When triggered, Hollow Traits apply changes to your Hollow (character), increasing their stats or special abilities. This prestige coincides with your progression, along with when you unlock your Resurrection.
When are Hollow Traits active?
Hollow Traits are only active when in Resurrection as an Arrancar player. The number of Traits applied depends on your stage. For example, at the base stage, you can have up to two Traits, Adjucjas have 3 Traits, and Vasto Lorde can have four total Traits.
Which are the best Hollow Traits?
I personally like and recommend Wings, Innocuous Presence, Dense Muscles, and Energized. Though you can mix and match based on preference and playstyle.
Of my recommendations, I think Innocuous Presence is the most universal Trait regardless of playstyle, as the additional stealth really helps give the upper hand in combat when dropping in on enemies or evading.
Fortunately, you can refuse a Trait if you don’t want it, so take this suggestion with a grain of salt.
