What Each Tier Means
S: These are the best units as of Update 2. They’re powerful units who have mastered their niche, meaning they synergise well with others to create an ironclad team.
A: Ideal to fill out your team if you don’t have all the new units, or don’t agree with my rankings. Those in this tier are exceptional and great at their respective combat.
B: Nestled into the middle tier, those here are decent, but have some room for improvement. They’re ideal for team fodder or stepping stones whilst you work towards the higher tiers.
C: Weak, not the worst. Ideally, you won’t use any of these units long-term. But if you have them, they at least help you escape the early game.
D: The weakest units of the higher rarities. For their price and rarity, those here are pretty lacklustre and not worth investing in.
