What Each Tier Means

S: The strongest characters within the game! There’s a high chance those in this tier don’t shock you as the best of the best. They’re iconic, powerful, and formidable allies to enlist within your dream team.

A: A tier down from the top, those here are ideal as team filler if you have biased preferences, or don’t care as much about the meta. They’re powerful enough to make gameplay feel smooth and consistent, without besting the powerhouses in the top tier.

B: These middle-tier units are average selections. They’re decent in the initial phases of the game, but are outclassed by the top tiers with a considerable skill margin. Ideally, you’ll replace these or use them as a last resort in your team.

C: Weak, yet not the worst. These low-tier units may help you with the very early game content, but are quickly overwhelmed and don’t keep up even after enhancements. I recommend replacing these as soon as possible.

D: The weakest of the units. Those here have no outstanding skills, and they struggle to synergise with other units. They’re easily replaceable and not worth a resource investment to upgrade.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the META Matter?

A: Yes and no. Realistically, you can mix and match your team and enjoy the game at your own pace. However, it’s undeniable that some characters are better than others due to their innate skills and overall damage or support. If you get stuck on a mission, refer back to this tier and reimagine your team before swapping back to your preferred loadout.
