Fire Force Reignition Gen 3 Abilities
To gain a Gen 3 Ability, players must climb to Rank 4 and then use Reroll Tokens until they land on a desired Ability. Reroll Tokens appear as frequent rewards for completing Quests and Missions.
To use a Reroll Token, visit the Sagbe NPC, who sets up shop near the Police Station and Clothing Store in the starting city.
Enough of that, let’s get into each of the Fire Force Reignition Gen 3 Abilities, including their movesets!
Lightning (Pyrokinetic)
- Call Lightning (Active)
- Teleport to a nearby enemy and knock them downwards, finishing with an electric blast.
- Thunder Grab (Active)
- Punch an enemy, knocking them backwards. If the target has less than 5% HP, they will be automatically executed.
- Lightning Barrage (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Barrage an enemy in thunder, which stuns them and guardbreaks on the final hit.
- Lightning Rod (Active)
- Summon lightning to envelop your fist and use it to lift a nearby target before slamming them into the ground.
- Electric Orbs (Active)
- Create four electric orbs that auto-track an enemy. Each M1 sends out a single orb to infuse the attack. If all orbs haven’t been sent after 15 seconds, the remaining orbs will head towards the nearest person.
Dragon (Pyrokinetic)
- Draconic Slash (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Slash an opponent, stunning them on contact.
- Relentless Dash (Active)
- Lunge forwards and attack any enemy in the way, knocking them backwards.
- Claw Barrage (Active)
- Rapidly slash an enemy, stunning them.
- Dragon Breath (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Fire a powerful beam from your mouth, targeting an enemy in a line AOE.
- Executing Flare (Active) (Bypasses Block)
- Grab and throw an enemy into the air before beaming them.
Voltage Nova (Pyrokinetic)
- Ignition (Passive)
- Hitting M1S allows the player to enter different stages of this passive. Each stage allows for more combat buffs.
- Thermo-Acoustic Pressure
- Fire three consecutive heat waves at an enemy in a Line AOE, each deals damage, but the final wave knocks the enemy backwards.
- Difference in Power (Counter)
- The user teleports into the air before crashing down onto an enemy in a fiery smackdown, cracking the ground in a circle AOE.
- Final Blow
- Teleport towards an opponent, hitting them rapidly with a fire-embued gut punch.
- Thermal Grasp
- Grasp an enemy by the neck and channel a blast into their neck. This causes them to fly backwards and become ragdolled.
Sakura (Pyrokinetic)
- Sakura Blizzard (Active)
- Create a tornado of Sakura leaves that targets wherever the user’s cursor is.
- Sakura Rush (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Spin around rapidly, creating a circle of sakura petals which propels the player forward before they strike an enemy.
- Scattered Blades (Active) (Blockable Grab)
- Auto-tracks a target, sending sakura leaves to lift them into the air.
- Twin Blossoms (Active)
- Stun an enemy with two rapid slashes.
- Summon Tree (Bypasses Block)
- Conjure a tree which chains any enemies within a nearby radius.
Grand Hands (Pyrokinetic)
- Grand Slam (Active)
- Conjure a robotic arm that punches an enemy, knocking them backwards.
- Grand Clap (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Manifest two arms to clap over an enemy. This move also ragdolls them and sends an enemy into the air.
- Grand Tantrum (Active)
- Conjure two hands to slam into the ground frantically.
- Grand Grab (Active) (Bypasses Block)
- Create a right hand to grab and pull an enemy into the air before slamming them into the floor.
- Grand Pressure (Active)
- Uppercut an enemy and down slam them whilst they’re in the air.
Excalibur (Pyrokinetic)
- Violet Slash (Active)
- Dash forwards rapidly, leaving a trail of strikes to anyone caught in this Line AOE attack.
- Azure Rush (Active)
- Run into an enemy before leaping back to gain space and immediately unleash a flurry of slashes.
- Lai-Calibur (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Slash an enemy once with a powerful diagonal strike.
- Ex-Caliver (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Release a horizontal slash which travels before exploding.
- Plasma Cutter (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Leap into the air before crashing down on an enemy.
Devil’s Footprint (Pyrokinetic)
- Outburst (Active)
- Fly towards an enemy and kick them in the gut, releasing a burst of fire on impact.
- Devilish Drop (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Leap into the air and crash down, causing a ripple in an AOE, damaging anyone caught inside.
- Devil Spin (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Backflip kick an enemy in the face, causing them to fall backwards.
- Breakdance (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Spin around on your hard, striking an enemy with your spinning legs multiple times, ending in a combo slamming down to guardbreak.
- Heat Burst (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Drop-kick an enemy whilst unleashing flames to knock them backwards.
Explosive Flames (Pyrokinetic)
- Palm Explosion (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Punch forwards, releasing miniature bombs that detonate on a target.
- Explosive Blast (Active)
- Use a blast of air behind to lunge forwards and knock into an enemy. This move also allows the player to evade and get airtime.
- Explosive Bash (Active) (Grab)
- Grab an enemy by the head, striking them a few times before exploding them on the final strike.
- Infused Explosion (Active)
- Send small fireballs to an enemy which stick and explode.
- Explosive Activation (Mini-mode)
- Enter a stance that imbues your fists with fire, allowing you to use an explosive dash to go further and faster.
Joker (Pyrokinetic)
- High Card (Active)
- Throw an auto-targeting card at an enemy, which detonates on impact.
- The Fool (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Throw three cards which all explode on impact.
- Ace Rush (Active)
- Rush behind a target and immediately unleash consecutive attacks with a card.
- Royal Flush (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Slash an opponent diagonally with a card.
- The Joker (Active)
- Briefly become invisible and spawn 5 identical clones which explode naturally, or when the player uses an ability or M1.
Ash (Pyrokinetic)
- Hazed Slashes (Active) (Guardbreaks)
- A 3-hit attack, where the final blow guardbreaks.
- Wide Slashes (Active)
- Slash an opponent to ragdoll them, as they get flipped over the attacker’s body.
- Scythe Dash (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Lunge forwards with an ash-conjured Scythe and strike an enemy.
- Ashen Toss (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Pierce an enemy with a spear made of ash from a distance.
- Halt (Active) (Auto-tracks)
- Grab and choke an enemy with ash from afar.
Ogun (Pyrokinetic)
- Flamey Ink (Active)
- Passively enhances damage and energy regeneration.
- Yoruba Brand (Active) (Guardbeak)
- Rush forwards, unleashing an X-shaped slash of pure fire onto an enemy.
- Yoruba Spear Ground Variant (Active) (Blockable)
- Conjure flaming spears to surround the player’s body. Recasting this skill then unleashes it to barrage a targeted player. This move expires if not fired within 8 seconds.
- Yoruba Spear Aerial Variant (Active) (Guardbeak)
- Leap into the air and summon a single spear before launching it at a target.
- Slam Dunk Burial (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Send an opponent skywards, crushing their defences before violently barraging them into the ground. This move has the potential to proc burn.
- Flamey Encase (Active) (Guardbreak)
- Charge up with a fiery spin before releasing a flurry of pure heat with every punch.
