What Each Tier Means
S: Vanguards in this tier have excellent capabilities, well worth their cost. They synergise well with others, expressing unique and powerful skills that enemies struggle to keep up with. They’re the leading meta, currently best fitted to ongoing in-game events.
A: Great alternatives to the top tier if you’re struggling to get them, or fancy something new. Those in this tier are exceptionally strong, with only a few gaps in their formation.
B: Nestled into the middle tier, these Vanguards are decent for team building if you’re out of options for the top tier, or are early game and need to expand your roster. They have niche situational uses and are overall fairly average.
C: These Vanguards are a step up from the bottom tier, but still struggle to compare to those higher. They’re not completely helpless, but enemies can easily expose their weaknesses in conflict. Unless you’re very familiar with their gimmick, I recommend aiming for a higher-tier character.
D: These lacklustre Vanguards don’t provide much to their team, or stand strong as an individual. They’re easily replaceable, and you likely won’t miss them unless you have bias.
