How to Use The Surgery Kit in Devil Hunter
The Surgery Kit only works if you take down another player. To use it, knock a player with the Surgery Kit in your hotbar, select it, and left-click the player to begin harvesting them. This finishes the fallen player when complete.
During the harvest, other players can still attack you, so make sure you’re stowed away so as not to be caught off guard and lose your kill.
When used, the Surgery Kit takes limbs and organs from the knocked player.
Where To Buy a Surgery Kit
The Surgery Kit is for sale within the Division 2 room of the Public Safety building.
You’ll find it on the table that runs the length of the room on the left, next to the crafting station in the centre. To buy the Surgery Kit costs 3,500 Yen.
What Does The Surgery Kit Do?
On the use of a knocked player, you’ll begin harvesting their body parts. This later helps with Devil Contracts and other progressions within the game. You’ll also receive additional EXP and Money.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I earn money?
- Completing Missions is the fastest way to earn cash to afford the Surgery Kit. This also helps with general progression, making you stronger when taking down other players to harvest them.
- Does the Surgery Kit work on Mobile?
- Not yet. The game doesn’t offer full mobile support, so trying to use the Surgery Kit with mobile controls won’t work. When they are implemented, it’ll likely be a case of dragging it to your hotbar and using it by pressing the interact button on a downed player.
- How to use the Surgery Kit on the console?
- I haven’t confirmed this, but I suggest trying RT/R1 or LT/L1 and using R2 to move it into any hotbar slot you want.
- How do I find the Division 2 Room?
- Enter the Public Safety Building (unless you spawn inside of it), and look around the downstairs lobby area for the room with the Division 2 plaque above the door. It’s a little hard to read, but you’ll know you’re in the correct place if the Division Captain inside is the second Division NPC. The room is also the only place within the building to craft, so you’re looking for the crafting station as a point of reference.
