XD Entertainment has announced that the Close Beta Test for Torchlight Infinite is now live. Players who are interested in trying out the game can download the game via Steam (PC) or Android (mobile).
The story of Torchlight Infinite happens 200 years after the events in Torchlight II. Take off to the journey with Torchlight heroes dedicated in conquering the darkness and restoring light to the land of Leptis in this true loot-based ARPG.
This is the first close beta test that I am participating and I must say the game is definitely more interesting and complex. The skill system in this game is confusing but in a very good way. There are tons of skills available for each different class to choose from. Additionally, Players can also customize and improve the performances of each skill by adding different affixes.
Currently, I am enjoying the beta, trying out different characters and builds in preparation of the game’s launch in October. However, there’s one thing that I am disappointed in the game is that there are no voice-overs for the main story quest.
