Type Soul Fulmen Weapon Obtainment
Fulmen is a new Universal weapon, meaning players of any faction can own it regardless of their chosen heritage. That said, it does have some restrictions.
Between each race, the player must have either the Lightning Shikai, Storm Res, or Thunderbolt Schrift.
To obtain the Fulmen Weapon, ensure you have your faction’s version of the electric element, and then perform weapon rerolls. Fortunately, the Fulmen isn’t item locked, and is Legendary/Mythical, depending on your race.
I recommend using a Spirit Box or Hollow Box if you’re a Soul Reaper or Hollow, as they’re easy to obtain in abundance, and you won’t need to waste harder-to-source weapon reroll items.
Fulmen Showcase
The Fulmen appears as a surge of electricity in the hands of its wielder. This weapon has low cooldowns between moves, guard breaks enemies, and is meta if you know how to wield it to its full potential.
- M1 – A standard, powerful strike that appears to electrify enemies it hits.
- Crit – The player strikes forward, slamming the ground, leaving behind rubble and a residual purple circle.
- This weapon also has a second crit, where if the player lands 3 consistently, they gain a throwable version that rains lightning in a circle.
Overall, the Fulmen is incredibly strong, quick, and shocking (no pun intended). If you already play with the lightning elemental in your build, I recommend trying this weapon out. Otherwise, you’re not missing much, and it won’t fit into your build. I don’t recommend sacrificing your current elemental build just to sample Fulman if you’re confident with your existing build.
