My guide tells you who to prioritise for Kaiju NO 8 Rerolls, who to team build with and why, and how to reroll efficiently. Let’s get into it!

Who To Prioritise For Kaiju NO 8 Rerolls
First, you’ll notice that on first play, you can select a free 5* unit. I recommend waiting for a few days before selecting, as the initial rates are very favourable and there’s a high chance you’ll pull most 5* units from the banners.
After 1-3 days, I’d then suggest choosing a remaining 5* you didn’t get within the banner, if any.
Soshiro Hoshina
Despite only being a 4* unit, I highly recommend aiming to pull him. He provides DMG and Speed Buffs to allies, making him an effective supporter who has great synergy with his team.
Soshiro essentially dupes, as seen with his first ascension skill, which applies a +25% Follow-Up DMG buff to all allies. Huge when stacking and keeping control of the battle and combos.
What makes him so elite is when he’s partnered with Mina Ashiro and a DPS unit. I think the most ironclad team meta currently is that consisting of three units only.
Mina Ashiro
As for Mina and her importance, she applies Morale to allies, which also increases their damage. Not only that, her passive applies an additional +40% attack to any units that gain Morale after she attacks.
This means she basically retains a 100% uptime on her buffs. Alongside Soshiro and his ally enhancers, they can continually feed a DPS buff to dominate the game.
But Which 5* Should You Pick?
This is where the 5* units come back! I recommend choosing either Reno Ichikawa, Kaiju NO. 8, or Gen Narumi. The three of these are high DPS-priority units and work great in the formation I’ve presented.
Kaiju NO 8 Reroll Guide
- First, pull up your Menu using the three-lined button on the top left.
- Next, locate the ‘Misc’ category and select ‘To Title’.
- Press the Menu button again from the title screen and choose ‘Delete Account’.
- Accounts may only be deleted within the first 7 days of creation.
- Rejoin the game as a beginner and skip all of the early-game content to get straight to the banners. This should take around 5-10 minutes.
- After pulling a desired character, head back to the in-game menu (not title screen menu!) and choose “Account Linking” to properly fortify your data and save progress to an email or trusted source.
