The Heartopia Gacha system can be confusing at first, especially if you’re new to the gacha genre. Visit the game’s official website and social pages to stay up to date with upcoming banners!

Heartopia Gacha System
To access the gacha feature in Heartopia, you need to click the second icon in the top right corner. It looks like a little parcel with a large bow tied on top – though it’s supposed to be more like a blind box!
Gilded Acorn Exhibition
The Gilded Acorn Exhibition is the main hub for the gacha banners. Here, there are banners that are available for a limited time. The currency you have to use for these banners differs depending on the event.
For instance, the Polar Hymn banners require Exhibition Passes, and the same goes for the Frostguard banners. However, the Coolplayism banners require Moonlight Crystals.
To get more Moonlight Crystals or Exhibition Passes, you can exchange Heart Diamonds.

Exhibition Ticket Stubs
For the main featured banners, such as the Polar Hymn series, you earn Exhibition Ticket Stubs. This currency can be exchanged for items in the Exchange Store, some of which are different colour variations of the originals.
Exhibition Passes
You can earn Exhibition Passes by completing various tasks in Heartopia, from quests to events, codes, and more.
However, if you wish a certain number of times on a particular banner, you get Exhibition Passes in return. For example:
- 15 wishes = 30 Exhibition Passes
- 50 wishes = 30 Exhibition Passes
- 100 wishes = 30 Exhibition Passes
Keep in mind that one wish usually costs 6 Exhibition Passes, and a 10-pull costs 60 Exhibition Passes.
For some banners, like the Frostguard series, one wish costs 9 Exhibition Passes, but that’s because it’s a no-duplicate banner! This means for every wish you make, you are guaranteed an item you haven’t gotten yet.
