How To Receive Codes
For Android and PC players:
Press ESC on the right-hand side to open your menu. Locate the Settings Icon, press it, and scroll to the bottom to find Redemption Code. From here, insert a code from my list into the pop-up menu and redeem.
For iOS players:
iOS currently has an issue preventing players from redeeming in-game. For the time being, use the official Netmarble Mongil Star Dive Forum to collect your codes.
Note: This is a temporary fix; in the future, iOS users will redeem codes the same way Android and PC players do.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are there other rewards I can receive?
- Yes! Netmarble has stated that Content Creators will begin sharing exclusive codes over the coming weeks. Unfortunately, I’m not one of those CCs, so I recommend searching around the Discord for the Creators part of this program.
- Note: The rewards for these Missions are predetermined and include the following:
- 60x Starlight Crystal and 100,000 Gold (Mission 1)
- 2x Glimmering Stardust (Mission 2)
- 2x Glimmering Stardust and 2x Basic Cooking Selection Chests (Mission 3)
- 3x Premium Salmon Puree and 1x Green Upgrade Stone (Mission 4)
- 30x Starlight Crystal and 20x Basic Breakthrough Selection Chests (Mission 5)
- My code isn’t working. Why?
- Make sure the code you’re writing is the same as the one shared. This includes all capital letters, numbers, special characters, etc. If it continues to fail redemption, ensure there are no accidental spaces at the end of a code (from copying and pasting).
- When does Mongil Star Dive release new codes?
- Whilst not expected, Netmarble may release new codes for Mongil during maintenance, anniversaries, and new events.
- What are Monsterlings?
- Monsterlings are companion pets that each supply random perks and buffs to your team units. This includes enhancing Crit Rates, Crit Chances, DMG, Special DMG HP, etc.
- What are Artifacts?
- Artifacts apply basic DMG buffs (primarily) with a Base and Max level. On top of this, they each have a small list of refined skills that they apply to the holder. Artifacts synergise with specific characters to refine their build and elemental prowess. Think of them like armour pieces for individuals on your team.
