How blessed of you to have stumbled upon my player-made Type Soul Soul Blessings guide. Jokes aside, I’m here to tell you what Soul Blessings do, how to get them, and everything else you could want to know about this mysterious item.

What Type Soul Soul Blessings Do
Exclusive to Shinigami and Hollow players, Soul Blessings grant the user a chance to reroll their Innate Variant via RNG.
This means scrubbing your current Variant in the placement of a new one, be it better or worse (based on personal preference) than your existing Variant.
Note: This comes with a clause, however, as the player must have attained their True Vizard or True Vastocar to qualify for rerolling.
The Variants
If you’re unsure about whether you’d like to risk your current Innate Variant, I’ll include a list of possible rerolls in alphabetical order per lineage.
Shinigami Variants – True Vizard
- Damage Buff
- +10% Damage.
- Defence Buff
- +10% Defence.
- Health Regeneration
- Regenerate HP over time, scaling from 1.1% of the player’s maximum health.
- Reiatsu Regeneration
- +6% Reiatsu Regeneration.
- Speed Buff
- Faster base movement speed.
- Increased Flashstep.
Hollow Variants – True Vastocar
- Dodge
- Faster base movement speed.
- +1 Dodge.
- Hierro Buffs
- +10% Damage.
- +15% Defence.
- Proficiency Buff
- General speed increase.
- Regen Buff
- Replenish health more quickly.
- Deplete enemy Reiatsu, siphoning some for the user.
How to Get Soul Blessings
Soul Blessings have three primary attainments, though none are stable for grinding. As mentioned earlier, you run the risk of rerolling onto a Variant you don’t like, so I’d recommend being a little frugal if you do happen upon them until you have a few to spare.
Anyway, to get them, you can either:
- Redeem Gift Codes
- Occasionally, a new code will include Soul Blessings as a redemption reward.
- Visit the Compensation Shop
- Located at the Karakura Town basketball court, you can exchange Compensation Tokens for Soul Blessings, costing 6x Compensation Tokens per.
- Refunds
- If you previously prestiged to Ancient Vastocar, you will receive a refund, including all the invested ingredients back, plus 5x Soul Blessings.
- Trades and Drops
- You could source Soul Blessings from other players, be it friend or foe.

- Should I reroll my Innate Variant?
- That depends on how well you synergise with your current one. Given how exclusive Soul Variants are and how far and few between they are to obtain, you run the risk of getting something significantly worse with no way out. Maybe I’m just a coward, though.
