Best Leaf Farming Method in Anime Vanguards
Infinite Mode recently received a drop boost for Leaves, allowing it to pull ahead of the alternate two methods, Portals and the Fall Event. Portals were always worse off with Leaf drop rates, so I’ll only compare the Fall Event with Infinite.
For completing 100 waves of Infinite, without Skin buffs, players will receive 33,600 Leaves. With Skin Buffs, this bumps massively to 67,200 Leaves per 100 waves.
As for the Fall Event, short term, this gamemode produces more Leaves per wave; however, since Infinite scales based on wave count, long term, it takes the lead in Leaf quantity.
If you’re willing to play Infinite for 60 minutes, you’ll earn more Leaves than if you played the Fall Event. It’s also easier to go AFK in Infinite Mode, so you aren’t tied down to committing during each Leaf grind.
This makes Infinite Mode ideal for AFK overnight farming, or AFK farming whilst at school or work.
If you want to stick to the Fall Event, you’ll need to cancel out after around wave 20 (takes approx 10 minutes) and then repeat the LTM to earn more Leaves per hour. But this requires a more hands-on gaming approach and can quickly become monotonous and grind-heavy.

Where To Use Leaves
Leaves are a temporary in-game currency used to perform Summons on the limited Fall Banner. This UPD 9.5 Banner has a spread of new units, including the latest Vanguard, the Lich King, who has a 0.05% roll chance.
