Netease Games has announced the Global OBT launch for Lost Light. Players looking for a survival game to develop your character and compete against other players, can now download the game from Google Play or download the PC version.
If you enjoy playing a shooter with looting and customization, Lost Light is the game for you. The world of Lost Light abides by the rule of “high risk-high return.” You could either sneak your way around and scavenge for supplies or go out with guns blazing and plunder like a warlord. Upgrading and trading are also essential to build up your strength and keep your enemies at bay.
Graphics are really good (at least when played on PC) however, I personally feel that the character movements are slightly clunky and the bullet impact is almost not present. I am unable to tell if my rounds are actually hitting the enemy as it feels like I’m shooting the air. I guess the game was build on for mobile first before porting onto PC.
Unlike most shooting games, this is not about killing the enemy but more on looting and self-growth. You can do that by killing your enemies or stealthily loot the surroundings. I believe the game concept is a little similar to “Escape from Tarkov”.
