Pirate King Legend Tier List
It’s important to build your team around versatility, taking into consideration each unit’s speciality. Focusing too hard on one typing such as DMG, leaves you open when playing the Story Mode or battling other worldwide players.
So, take this tier with a grain of salt and be sure to cherry-pick from the higher tiers to make a strong and well-balanced team! Let’s sail into the rankings!
S-TIER
The strongest SSR units in the game! These few sit at the top of the food chain and offer the strongest base stats before upgrades. A mixed bag of these will pose a threat to any opponent.
- Shanks (DMG)
- Luffy (DMG)
- Zoro (DMG)
- Ace (Warrior/Combo)
- Rob Lucci (Marine)
- Aokiji (Marine)
- Robin (Support/Heal)
- Law (Support/heal)
- Tony Tony Chopper (Support/Heal)
- Mihawk (Agility)
A-TIER
Great alternatives if you land these from the Gacha system. Whilst not the strongest of the SSRs, they’re still versatile, tough and much better than any of the lower-tier and lower-star units.

- Kuma (DMG)
- Fujitora (Marine)
- Kizaru (Mage/Rear Control)
- Sentomaru (Marine)
- Marco (Warrior/Combo)
- Jinbe (Support/Heal)
- Nami (Support/Heal)

B-TIER
Slipping into the average tier, I’d recommend these as your last resort choices. They perform better with upgrades, but that depends on if you’d rather waste materials to do so, or wait on something better.

Weak, not the worst. You can do better though, so don’t settle for less!

- Gladius (Support/Heal)
- Diamante (Agility)
- Cavendish (Agility)
- Perona (Agility)
D-TIER
Ideally, you should avoid enlisting these 5-stars. Amongst their fellow 5-star peers, they’re the weakest of the crop.
