Reverse: 1999 is about to get one of its biggest updates. Bluepoch has confirmed that the game’s first globally synchronised version update arrives on July 23rd, and it’s the Reverse: 1999 x Atomic Heart collab that’s got everyone excited!

The crossover mixes the 20th-century time-travel strategy RPG with the alternate-history, retro-futuristic world of the first-person shooter. There will be new collaboration garments inspired by Atomic Heart’s signature style.

Advanced humanoid robot bodyguard The Twins, and the antagonist repair cabinet Nora, both receive new storylines during the event. At the same time, Vertin, X, Madam Lucy, and Mesmer Jr. travel to Facility 3826, the setting from Atomic Heart.

The Twins arrive as a summonable collaboration-exclusive character through their own banner. They stand out as the game’s first dual-Afflatus character, allowing them to deal damage across two different Afflatus types.

The collaboration banner, titled Analysis of Metallic Dramaturgy, includes milestone rewards based on the number of summons made. Reaching 100 summons for the first time lets you choose between receiving one copy of The Twins or one Suitcase Impression.

Additional reward selections become available again at 160, 220, and 280 pulls. Meanwhile, you can collect more than 110 free pulls, receive a free monthly pass, unlock a free Brimley garment, earn a free 4-star Nora by completing activities.

Suitcase Impressions are a new type of 6-star character selector. They include every 6-star character available in the Standard Pool as of the Reverse: 1999 x Atomic Heart collab version. There are five different Suitcase Impression categories: Mineral, Star, Plant, Beast, and Spirit + Intellect.
