Sailor Piece Sunborn Race Stats
- +20% Sword Damage Multiplier

Sunborn Race users don’t look too dissimilar from the common Human lineage. To recognise a Sunborn, look for a golden sun necklace with spire-like flames dangling against their prideful chest.
Is The Sunborn Race Good?
The Sunborn, as of its release during the Pride UPD, comfortably finds itself in the high S-Tier, by ranking standards.
This is due to its high-percentile and versatile stats, covering all of the fundamentals that fit nicely into most, if not all, player builds.
For example, the +70% Damage applies to any combat, which works in synergy with the +80% HP to create a tank player who deals heavy hits and can take them.
Losing seems out of the question with the built-in Lifesteal and Damage Reduction. Lifesteal, of course, siphons enemy HP on hit to give it to the player, and DMG Reduction reduces the damage of incoming attacks.
The only specific stat this race offers is the +20% Sword DMG Multi, which isn’t as limiting as it seems. If you main a sword, this race is a no-brainer.
How To Get The Sunborn Race
Much like other races, this one appears rarely during Race Rerolls. To get more Race Rerolls, try the following methods:
- Defeat NPCs
- I recommend the Quake method at Shinjuku to defeat 10 enemies at once. This is the most efficient NPC grinding method to get cluster kills and a chance at Race Rerolls.
- World Bosses
- All Bosses drop Race Rerolls, most of which have a 100% drop rate. If you have Boss Summons or time your island visits, you can stockpile them with ease.
- Codes
- Codes often give Race Rerolls for free, but you need to meet their level requirement to redeem. Check your eligibility and the current active codes via the Sailor Piece Discord.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What are good alternative Races to Sunborn?
- A: Whilst not as good in my opinion, the Servant Race offers similar stats but with a Melee focus. This makes it a solid contender for a replacement if you’re after immediately noticeable power differences.
- Q: What is the Sunborn Reroll chance?
- A: Legendary Races have a 0.25% reroll chance, making this race incredibly difficult to obtain.
