Weak Legacy 2 Sound Rework Guide

  • Block [F]
    • Negate incoming damage.
  • Flamboyant Blitz [Z MOVE]
    • Send powerful cutting strikes in a Line AoE, leaving behind residual slashes that string in all directions from the target.
    • Line AoE move
  • Roar [X MOVE]
    • Hold the blade with both hands and raise it before slamming it into the ground, igniting the area around the target in flames, scorching the dirt and sending the target high into the air before ragdolling them.
    • Close-range move
  • Rising Fireworks [C MOVE]
    • Slash sideways rapidly, sending a surge of fireworks in a circle AoE around the target. This move sends the enemy into the air and deals multiple hits.
    • Close-range multihit move.
  • Resounding Performance [V MOVE]
    • A long dash move, where the player snags the target and travels in a line AoE, dealing continuous damage and dragging the enemy until the move concludes.
    • Line AoE multihit move.
  • String Performance: Bursting Bloom [B MOVE]
    • An ULT move. The player and their target enter a cutscene where the player snags the target and knocks them down before dealing several strikes, with the final hit sending the target spinning and ragdolled throughout the air. Once airborne, the player throws their blade at the enemy to deal a finishing blow.

The Sound Breathing Technique offers balanced and flashy movesets, countering enemies with close-range and long-range attacks. All of its moves are quick and deal serious damage, often leaving enemies ragdolled and unable to successfully counter.

That isn’t to say that this Technique is absolutely overpowered, as whilst it is diverse, it doesn’t have any wide AoE attacks, being better-suited for PvP instead of PvE.

How To Obtain Sound Breathing

Sound Trainer Tengen resides at Slayer HQ. From the main game spawn, exit the village and head to the left past the weakest Demon NPCs.

On your left, you will find Final Selection and the first village. Ignore these, and keep walking straight down the long path. At the end, you’ll come up to Slayer HQ. Once within its perimeter, look for the Tengen icon and head towards him to obtain Sound Breathing.

  • Requires: Player level 15 and 5,000 Yen.
  • Quest: Defeat 25 Demons
    • Unlocks the Breathing after being completed. Quest doesn’t save if you relog the game, so you need to complete this in one session, or else you’ll need to pay for the training again.
    • Reward: Sound Breathing, 500 Yen, and 8k EXP
