Where is Meowy in Devil Hunter
After accepting the Meowy quest from Power, take a look to your left and locate the train tracks that run along the city from high up.
On the bannister of these train tracks (visible from the ground), you’ll see Meowy. To reach Meowy, you need to get onto the train tracks, pick him up, and then return him to Power to complete the quest.
Learning To Wall Jump
Wall jumping is quite hard, admittedly. Even though I know where Meowy is, I’m still struggling to actually reach him. However, I do have some tips for those more capable than I. (Skill issue on my part).
- Spacebar (Whilst on a wall) – Climb onto the wall.
- Spacebar (Whilst running on a wall) – Perform a Wall Run.
Near the rails is an apartment block with balconies. I recommend aiming to wall run and jump into each balcony, and then resting for the wall run cooldown before continuing to climb. When at the top, run dash onto the train tracks and collect Meowy.
Where is Power Located
From Public Safety HQ, head right onto the street. From here, take a peek down the alleyways until you see one with a crouched NPC. This is where Power is.

Meowy Quest Rewards
The reward for completing this quest includes Cash and EXP, though the exact amount isn’t known. Considering its Power we are talking about, I doubt she will offer a lot…
