Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: What does each tier mean?
    • S: This tier is reserved for weapons that go the extra mile, being leagues above the rest in strength and utility when engaged in combat. They’re great choices to adopt for a variety of builds and characters, making them easy to wield and easy to win with.
    • A: These alternate options are excellent weapons to master and wield due to their excellent stats and damage, helping you swiftly handle a variety of enemies.
    • B: These unique weapons find themselves in the middle tier due to their average combat capacity. They’re decent choices, but not the top of the tier.
    • C: Weak, yet not the worst. Those here have niche and situational uses, but are better than the bottom tier.
    • D: These are the weakest weapons in the game, having the least combat versatility and unit synergy. I don’t recommend using these.
  • Q: Do I have to choose S-Tier Weapons?
    • A: Not if you think it will hinder your enjoyment of the game. All weapons serve a purpose, so if you want to play based on preference and not META, then don’t let this tier stop you.
  • Q: Why are Tiers important?
    • A: Tiers help players gauge the versatility of a thing, be it weapons, units, items, etc. This then helps them plan their campaign with ease of play in mind. If you want more of a challenge, then you can choose lesser-tier weapons. If you want to enjoy the story at a reasonable pace without much struggle in the strife, then S-Tier weaponry should be your go-to!
