Tokyo Revengers is gearing up for an unexpected but fitting crossover with Back to the Future. If you think about it, it’s the merging of two worlds that share a love for time travel and second chances. Both entities are also celebrating major milestones this season.
Tokyo Revengers is approaching its fifth anniversary in 2026, while Back to the Future is celebrating its 40th this year. So, what better occasion than these to collaborate? SEGA announced that the special collab will arrive in Japan on December 25th. Just in time for Christmas!
What’s in store in the Tokyo Revengers x Back to the Future collab?
The team-up brings prize figures that blend the aesthetics of both franchises. They will be available at game centres and through online crane services nationwide.
First up is a figure of Mikey dressed as Marty McFly, in the red vest and his familiar confident pose. Joining him are smaller mascot figures of Takemichi, Mikey, and Draken. All three are styled in Back to the Future-inspired outfits.

Both franchises need no introduction
Tokyo Revengers, based on Ken Wakui’s manga, first hit screens in April 2021. Its second and third seasons followed in 2023. The anime’s final chapter, titled War of the Three Titans Arc, is set to premiere in 2026, directed by Maki Kodaira at LIDEN FILMS.
Tokyo Revengers has had quite a few collaborations before. The anime constantly crosses over with pop culture, fashion, and gaming brands in Japan. Some of its notable collabs include the ones with WEGO, Don Quijote, Lawson convenience stores, Onitsuka Tiger, Animate Café, Monster Strike and RPG Blue Lock: Project World Champion.
