Volcano Princess is making the jump beyond PC later this month! Publisher Colorful Palette has confirmed that the daughter-raising life sim will launch on iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. It’s happening on July 30th, 2026.

Before that, if you want to see what the game is about, there are demos available for free. You can try Volcano Princess Prologue, the demo version, which is out now. It’s up for grabs on the App Store, the Google Play Store, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.

Originally developed by Egg Hatcher and released in 2023, Volcano Princess takes place in the Volcano Kingdom. It’s a land where conflict between humans and demons continues to grow. You play as Uber, a father mourning the loss of his wife, as he raises his daughter, Rose, from childhood.

Every decision made throughout her upbringing influences how she develops, how her relationships evolve, and ultimately where the story ends. By the way, Volcano Princess features more than 50 different endings.

The world blends everyday life with fantasy elements. In the kingdom, swords, smithing, magic, and alchemy are central to daily life. Rose meets a variety of characters during her upbringing, including Hackett, Ron, Craig, and many other men and women who help influence her growth.

Life in the Volcano Kingdom is not peaceful for long. While raising Rose, you must also confront dangerous monsters threatening the land. As a knight serving the kingdom, Uber joins companions to venture into hazardous labyrinths, battle enemies, and investigate the return of the monster leader known as Owl Princess.

The upcoming multiplatform Volcano Princess edition introduces several additions

Colorful Palette has taken over publishing responsibilities for Volcano Princess, and they are revising both the Japanese and English translations. You’ll also receive full Japanese voice support featuring Mai Nakahara, who has voiced the daughter since the game’s original 2023 release, alongside Marina Inoue and Kento Ito.

Among the new additions is the extra dungeon Alley of Twin Shadows. Exploring this area reveals previously untold stories for the game’s characters and also unlocks exclusive new illustrations. So, grab the game from the App Store, the Google Play Store, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5, when it drops.
