How To Get Sailor Piece Conquerors Haki
To obtain the third and final Haki, visit Shibuya Station and speak with the Conqueror Haki Trainer (Rayleigh from One Piece). In exchange for a Conqueror Fragment, he will enlist you in the Conquerors’ Haki questline.
You obtain Conqueror’s Fragments from any NPCs, with tankier NPCs having a higher drop chance.
Reyleigh is located on the tall grey building on the left of the island, near the Sukuna Spawn. Look for the large pink LED screen and then head towards the back of this building to find him on a ledge in front of blacked-out windows.
Conquerors Haki Training Questline
- Reach Level 40 Armament Haki.
- Reach Ascension Level 5.
- Reach Level 25 Observation Haki.
- Kill 500 NPCs with Armament Haki active.
- Dodge 500 attacks with Observation Haki active.
- Defeat 200 Bosses.
- Beat 25 Dungeons.
After completing the entire questline, you’ll unlock Conqueror’s Haki.
Conquerors Haki Buffs
Once obtained, Conqueror’s Haki begins at level 0, offering a 0% DMG Buff.
Each level, this DMG buff increases by 1%, capping at Level 35 with a 35% DMG Buff.
Per NPC kill, you’ll earn 1 Haki EXP.
Is it Better Than Armament and Observation?
Conqueror’s Haki combines Armament and Observation Haki into one, curating something new using the best of both its components.
Hakis typically offer activation buffs as passive enhancers; they’re often overlooked despite their versatility and strength. So, if you’re going to invest in a Haki, I recommend going the full length and completing the Conquerors Questline.
That said, the Armament Haki currently offers a 67.5% DMG Buff when fully upgraded, so for the time being, it seems like a better Haki to choose. This is solely because Armament has a higher level cap due to it being implemented first into the game.
As the game updates, Conquerors may surpass this and claim their rightful throne as the best Haki in the game. Either way, more is more, so both are good.
