How To Unlock Sailor Piece Haki
Armament Haki
Head to Snow Island and speak with the Haki Trainer NPC. To learn this Haki, you need 250k Coins and 250 Gems. After paying the Rayleigh Trainer, complete the following three quests:
- Haki Trainer 1:
- Kill 250 NPCs using Combat.
- Haki Trainer 2:
- Use the Combat Z Skill 100 times.
- Haki Trainer 3:
- Punch 1,000 times using Combat.
What Does Armament Do?
Armament offers you a total DMG boost of 67.5% if you level up your Armament after obtainment.
By default, you’ll gain a +25% DMG increase, with an additional 0.5% increase for every level. In total, there are 85 Haki Levels.
Per NPC kill, you’ll earn 1 EXP for your Haki. In total, you need 15k EXP to reach Haki level 85.
Observation Haki
Speak with the Observation Haki NPC on Desert Island. Unlike the Armament, which includes a questline, you only need to pay this NPC to learn this Haki. It costs 250k Cash and 300 Gems to obtain.
What Does Observation Do?
Observation Haki gives you 5 Dodges, allowing you to completely negate incoming damage, following up with a combo.
For every 10 Haki levels, you’ll gain an additional Dodge, capping at 11 Dodges (Level 60). Per Dodge Attack, you’ll earn 1 EXP.
Conquerors Haki
Obtained via the Conqueror Haki Trainer located at Shibuya Station. Training this Haki requires completing a lengthy questline after paying the trainer 1x Conqueror Fragment.
The quest includes:
- Reach Armament Haki Level 40.
- Reacel Level 5 Ascension.
- Reach Observation Haki Level 25.
- Kill 500 NPCs with Armament active.
- Dodge 500 attacks with Observation Haki.
- Defeat 200 Bosses.
- Beat 25 Dungeons.
What Does Conqueror’s Haki Do?
After obtaining Conqueror’s Haki, you’ll gain a permanent Damage boost. This begins at 0%, but increases by 1% per level (caps at Level 35/35% DMG Buff).
Per NPC Kill, you’ll gain 1 EXP towards your Conqueror’s Haki.
Is Haki Worth Obtaining?
Absolutely! Much like other hidden features within the game, Haki is one of the many ways to permanently enhance your build through training. Sailor Piece is much more than just weaponry and specs; you need Haki to truly come out on top, be it in PvP or PvE.
The Armament, for example, is especially useful for its 55% DMG boost when fully trained. Such a high percentile for a buff doesn’t come around so easily, so I recommend saving your Cash and Gems and seizing it.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: What are other ways to increase my strength?
- A: Titles, Stat Points, Artefacts, Fruits, Swords, Specs, Races, and Accessories all contribute to your build’s strength. To be honest, I’m probably forgetting a few too.
- Q: Which Haki is the best to use?
- A: Personally, I think Armament is better for its 55% DMG boost when fully trained. Damage is one of the best enhancements to look for, as it applies to your main stat in the game. After all, if you can’t beat em’ up, you’re not going to make much progress.
- A2: With the recent addition of Conquerors, this Haki seems like the new best choice; however, you can’t unlock it without first realising the potential of Armament and Observation.
- Q: How do I change my Haki Colour?
- A: You need to obtain a Haki Colour Reroll Orb, which primarily drops from Bosses, including World and Island Bosses. The best Mob to farm these would be the Starter Island Bandit Boss, as he can be easily 1-shot, therefore making him an efficient grind method.
- Q: What are the Haki Colour chances?
- Red: 9.9% chance
- Yellow: 9.9% chance
- Green: 9.9% chance
- Light Blue: 9.9% chance
- Blue: 9.9% chance
- Purple: 9.9% chance
- Pink: 9.9% chance
- Black: 9.9% chance
- White: 9.9% chance
- Brown: 9.9% chance
- Rainbow: 1% chance
- Q: What does the game mean by Combat Training?
- A: For Armament, Combat is a big thing. To initiate your Combat, you need to fight with your fists. Using Weapons and Specs will not count. Therefore, I recommend resetting your Stat Points and heavily investing in the Combat SP whilst training your Armament Haki.
- Q: What is the max level of Conqueror’s Haki?
- A: Level 35
