A new PV is out for the upcoming season 3 of Grand Blue Dreaming. It gives us another look at the next chapter of the chaotic university diving club story. The anime is planned for a July 2026 broadcast in Japan.
The new Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3 PV shows the group preparing for a trip to the tropical destination of Palau. So, we can now be sure that the new season will move part of the story to the island while continuing the mixture of diving, comedy, and college life antics.
The Grand Blue Dreaming Season 3 PV also confirmed a new cast addition. Voice actress M・A・O, known for voicing Iris in Fire Force, will play the role of Carina. Carina is a German woman whom the main character Iori meets when he returns to his hometown. A member of an otaku club, she has a strong admiration for a particular part of Japanese culture.

Do you know the story?
It follows Iori Kitahara, who lives above a diving shop in Izu while attending university. He becomes deeply involved in the diving club’s activities, leading to a coming-of-age story filled with unpredictable events and friendships.
The anime is based on the manga by Kenji Inoue and Kimitake Yoshioka, which is serialised in Kodansha’s good Afternoon magazine. The new season begins broadcasting in July 2026 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and MBS.
