The Frostbane Clan, as of its addition during the Ice Queen UPD, is the BEST Clan for Sword mains. It’s also a necessary step in maximising the potential of the corresponding Ice Queen Sword, which is, coincidentally, the best sword as of this UPD too!

Sailor Piece Frostbane Clan
The Frostbane Clan applies the following buffs:
- +40% DMG
- +47% Max HP
- +10% Sword DMG
- +12% Luck
- Passive: Each DMG Tick = 0.00225x DMG Multiplier, capping at 1.25x DMG for a 6-second duration
Of all Sword-enhancing Clans, this one offers the most refined buffs, being the current best for weapon mains. On top of a flat DMG increase, it protects the player with a nice HP and Luck boost, on top of its consistent DMG multiplier passive. Pretty nifty all around.

Ice Queen Mastery
If you’re preparing for the Sea 2 release on April 16th, you’ll want to maximise your build so as not to feel the power imbalance heading into uncharted seas. For this, I recommend obtaining the Ice Queen Sword, which I briefly talk about the spawn conditions for in my Frost Relic guide.
Shameless plug out of the way, once you have the Ice Queen, you can move on to getting the F-Move via Mastery. To do this, speak with the Ice Queen Mastery NPC on the stone hand at Boss Island and have the following:
- Frostbane Clan
- Ice Queen Sword
- 2x Ice Cores
- Dropped by the Ice Queen Boss
- 10x Frozen Brands
- Dropped by the Ice Queen Boss
- 85x Frost Relics
- Dropped by any NPC
Alongside the F-Move, completing the mastery for this already meta sword increases its damage by +30%.
This makes the Ice Queen and Frostbane Clan combo one of the must-have builds for entering Sea 2, as they synergise well to unleash incredible damage, which has the potential to take on the new and more dangerous foes in the next major update.
How To Get More Clan Rerolls
Clan Reroll tickets drop from any NPC in the game, with harder NPCs having a higher drop rate.
- Min: 0.088% (lowest level NPCs)
- Max: 0.394% (highest level NPCs)
- Average: ~0.22% per kill
However, you can also find them from Chests, Codes, and the Merchant NPC at Sailor Island.
Reroll Rates
- Common Clan: 59.75% chance
- Uncommon Clan: 28% chance
- Rare Clan: 10% chance
- Epic Clan: 2% chance
- Legendary Clan: 0.25% chance (pity at 500 rerolls)
- Note: The Frostbane Clan is legendary.
Maximising Rerolls
To increase your chance of getting the Frostbane Clan, open the Settings Menu and scroll to Gameplay. Select the Clan Reroll Settings and open the Legendary Clan Filter. From here, toggle the skip button on any Legendary Clan you wouldn’t benefit from.
If you’re after the Frostbane and a Sword main, this means you can skip the following Clans without missing out on their benefits: Voldigoat, Alter, and Upper.
