Sailor Piece Frost Relic
Quite simply and annoyingly, Frost Relics drop from any NPCs in the game, with a higher chance from stronger enemies. This is similar to the previous updates, which added Upper Seals that share an obscure attainment.
The best way to farm them is to visit Judgement Island and set the Atomic boss to auto-spawn. From here, equip Gilgamesh, or any powerful combat/sword with a high-damage, wide AoE move, and stand just behind the Arena Fighters NPC clusters.
If using Gilgamesh, trigger the V-Skill on autoplay to instantly kill the Arena Fighters NPCs and whittle down the Atomic Boss’s health. Being some of the strongest NPCs in the game, this makes your chances of getting Frost Relics much more favourable.

Why You Need Frost Relics
To spawn the new Ice Queen (Ezdeath) boss at Boss Island, you need Frost Relics and some cash. The amount needed increases based on the boss’s difficulty level selected.

If you don’t want to farm for your own Frost Relics, you can also hang around public servers until other players spawn her. To qualify for drops, you need to deal 10% or more of her overall HP.
Obtaining Ice Queen
To unlock Ice Queen, speak with the corresponding NPC at the back of Boss Island. In exchange for the following, she will give you her Ice Queen Sword:
- Frost Empress (Title)
- 40,000 Gems
- 1x Ice Core
- Dropped by the Ice Queen boss
- 4x Frozen Brands
- Dropped by the Ice Queen boss
- 9x Glacier Remnants
- Dropped by the Ice Queen boss
- 17x Battle Shards
- Dropped by the Ice Queen boss
- 25x Frost Relics
- Dropped by any NPCs in the game
