Common Cosmetics

10Avenger Belt

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +7.5% HP and +5% DMG

Uncommon Cosmetics

9Thunder Cape

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +10% HP and +7.5% DMG

Rare Cosmetics

8Crimson Helmet

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +12.5% HP and +10% DMG

Epic Cosmetics

7Scarlet Reaper

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +15% HP and +12.5% DMG

6Slime Mask

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +15% HP and +12.5% DMG

5Dark Eyepatch

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.

4Commander Cape

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.

3Corrupted Wings

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +20% HP and +15% DMG

2Heavenly Halo

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +20% HP and +15% DMG

1Royal Cape

  • Obtainment: Chance to get from a Cosmetic Crate.
  • Buffs: +20% HP and +15% DMG

How To Get Cosmetics

All Cosmetics drop from Cosmetic Crates, a secret-rarity RNG-style Chest dropped from any NPC or Boss within the game.

Note: Boss itemary lists don’t include Cosmetic Crates due to their Secret Rarity, despite still being a drop.

The best way to farm Cosmetic Crates is by visiting Shinjuku Island and performing the Quake Fruit C-Move in between the two NPC cluster spawns. This gives 10 kills per ability as opposed to just 5 NPC kills on other islands.

I also recommend investing in your luck with the use of Runes, Titles, Clans, and the 2x/3x Luck Weekends.

  • Q: Which is the best Cosmetic?
    • A: Since all cosmetics variants apply HP and DMG buffs, this means the higher rarity cosmetics are typically the best. Currently, the title for best cosmetic is held by the legendary rarity cosmetics, which all apply +20% HP and +15% DMG.
  • Q: What are Cosmetics?
    • A: Despite their name, cosmetics apply more than just visual flair, also including a stat increase for a player’s HP and DMG (not specific to Weapon, Melee, or Power). They’re yet another branch of the ever-evolving tree of build avenues for players to explore to enhance their combat.
  • Q: How do I equip a Cosmetic?
    • A: Open your inventory and use the middle mouse button on the category section to scroll to Cosmetic (next to Aura Section) to equip a cosmetic.
      • Note: You can only equip one cosmetic at a time.
