What Does Each Tier Mean?
- S: Comfortably taking the top spot, these are some of the most iconic characters, best known for their efforts to brute force their way to the top. They take on each game with a winning persona, showcasing broad and adaptable skills, strong team synergy, and impressive stats.
- A: Whilst not dominating the court, these A-Tier characters are great alternatives for your games. They’re great team players and can hold their own.
- B: These middle-tier characters are fine alternative options if you’re not so lucky with the gacha. Those here are painstakingly average.
- C: These players are quite lacklustre, having niche and situational skills that their peers often overshadow. They’re not my top picks for a team, but if you like these players, then by all means enlist them.
- D: It doesn’t feel right calling any character bad. They’re just teens having very intense basketball matches… But these are the weaker links, having less team synergy and unimpressive stats on the court.

- A: As the game is brand new, it’s hard to filter where every character fits into the rankings. Overall, this doesn’t matter too much as you can 100% enjoy the game by choosing characters based on bias rather than skills. Just ensure you’re choosing a balanced team with all court formations filled.
- Q: Does the meta matter?
- A: At its core, no, which does make my tier feel a little pointless. But some characters are better than others, so if you want to play matches without struggle, then I recommend following my ranks. Otherwise, enjoy the game as you wish! Games are supposed to be fun, afterall
