HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH just turned one year old, and so the game is celebrating a grand first anniversary. Garena has kicked off a month-long celebration starting July 22nd. The event runs until August 19th, bringing a bunch of free rewards, new characters, special events, a mini game, and more.
Celebrate HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH first anniversary
First, there’s a seven-day login campaign. Just by logging in every day between July 22nd and August 5th, you can grab a stack of anniversary rewards. That includes limited Portrait Frames and Chat Frames, plus two special backgrounds.
One features Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama, while the other has Tooru Oikawa and Hajime Iwaizumi. You’ll also get SP Recruit Tickets, UR Recruit Tickets, UR Player Boost Cards, in-game currency, and other anniversary goodies.
The biggest event of the anniversary is Make UR Wish. You complete different challenges and, once you’ve done enough, you get to pick a UR-rarity player of your choice. So, if you’ve been waiting forever to recruit a specific powerhouse spiker, libero, setter, or just your favourite character in general, now’s the time.
Running alongside that is the Gym Cleanup event, which gives away SP Hitoshi Ginjima completely free. All you have to do is clear daily tasks to unlock him. He’s the dependable wing spiker from Inarizaki High School, known for his relentless energy and explosive attacks.
And what about the mini game?
It’s called Showdown! Midnight Treasure Hunt! and drops you into the camp dormitory for a timed late-night mission. The goal is to search for items, outsmart your opponents, and finish exploring before time runs out.
Lastly, the HAIKYU!! FLY HIGH first anniversary update is adding two limited SP characters from Kamomedai High School. SP Korai Hoshiumi (Winter Sports) joins the lineup with the nickname The Next Little Giant. Alongside him is SP Sachiro Hirugami (Winter Sports).
